Meal Cents

My recipes we use everyday! We try to use recipe that are frugal, healthy, and usually vegetarian or vegan (but not always!)  Right now most of the recipes will be links to where I originally found them, but eventually I'll post them on our blog and add many more that I use.


Breakfast
Blender Gingerbread pancakes
Waffles/pancakes- dairy free, gluten free
Pumpkin Pie Oatmeal (we use for dinners too...adding the word "pie" makes it exciting to the kids)
Apple Pie Oatmeal
Coconut French Toast- just use coconut milk (or almond milk) instead of cow's milk
